Obituary:  VANCE, Sheila G., age 39, of Englewood, passed away early Monday morning at her residence.  She was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church.  Survived by her husband, Lessy, her parents, Arnold & Mary Collins of Vandalia; 1 son, Jeremy at home; 2 daughters, Gina & Tina, both of Vandalia; 1 brother, Joe Collins of Vandalia; and paternal grandmother, Ida Collins of Ky.  Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Forest Hills Cemetery, north of Vandalia, with Rev. Bryce Hager officiating.  There will be no visitation.  If so desired, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia, in charge of arrangements.
