Lisa attended Warrenton Elementary with many of the south Warren County kids:    Stephen Skinner, Gary Hennington, Todd Houston, Deanna (Warnock) Germany, Glenn Kirklin, Bobby Barlow, etc...    

Stephen was the first person to be picked up each morning of the daily bus route and had the horrific experience of seeing Lisa's horrible accident.     He still lives with those memories.     Deanna remembers that morning as well.     She remembers the sound of the sirens and the sinking feeling that something was terribly wrong.      We all remember arriving at school and being told about Lisa.      We also all being told to go to class and being expected to go on with our day as if nothing had happened.      Boy are we glad that times have changed and that they handle things better today than they did in 1981.
