After graduation, I moved with my mother to Cedar Rapids before attending Luther College in the fall of 2003. I was at Luther for 4 years and got my BA in Music, with a K-12 Music Education minor. I completed my student teaching in the fall of 2007 in Cedar Rapids/Marion and spent the spring of 2008 being a substitute teacher and giving private voice lessons to approximately 20 students in Cedar Rapids. In August 2008, I started my current job teaching 9-12 choir at St. Edmond High School in Fort Dodge. I am currently in my fourth year as director there. |
