Denzil R. Channell, 48, of Lodi, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2003, from injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Harrisville Township. He was born Dec. 20, 1954, in Webster Springs, WV to Worthy and Phyllis Arthur Channell. He was employed by Huck Fasteners in Medina since 1979 and also was a shift manager for AutoZone in Medina for the past seven years. Mr Channell is survived by his wife, Alice (nee Watson); daughter, Kandie (Dustin) Remaley of Spencer; son Joe Channell of Union, OH; Parents, Worthy and Phyllis Channell of Lodi; sisters, Charlotte Longsdorf of Lodi, Sue (Dan) Barnett of Florence, Ord. and Clara (Tom) Piarowski of Rio Rancho, NM brothers, Worthy (Pat) Channell Jr. of Senecaville, OH and Quintin Channell of Lodi; and many nieces and nephews. Service: 1 pm Wednesday at Parker & Son funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi Pastor Cara Stutltz Costello will officiate Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery Lodi.
