Dear Classmates,

                Can you believe we have been out of high school for 10 years now? As many of you have heard, our TEN year reunion is planned for August 7th. We have gone to great lengths in order to please as many people as possible, so we have planned two events for this date. There will be a family event during the day and an adult event in the evening. You are welcome to attend both events or just one. We did this in order to be considerate of all lifestyles and preferences.

                This event will be held at the Waldron City Pool, at Sodie Davidson Park on Hwy 71 for classmates and their families. For this event, there will be a charge at the gate of $3.00 per adult and $2.00 per child to cover the cost of the lifeguard’s at the pool. For the cookout, we ask that each classmate bring a bag of chips, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, a two liter drink, or a combination of these items. This event will last from approximately 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

                This event is an adults only, sit down dinner in the Bell Star Room at the Holiday Inn Civic Center at 700 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith. This gathering will be from 6 p.m. to midnight and carry a cost of $25.00 per adult that must be paid by July 7, 2010. The cost of this event will include a plated dinner of beef, chicken, two sides, salad, and dessert, plus a live D.J. and a cash bar. If you would like to attend this event, please fill out and detach the bottom of this invitation and send it, along with $25.00 per person who will be attending the event, to the address below by July 7 in order to RSVP to this dinner. You MUST RSVP and pay by July 7 in order to attend this event. Since we are hosting this event at The Holiday Inn, they have provided a discount for anyone staying the night at the hotel. If you are planning on making hotel reservations there, let them know you are with the Waldron High Class of 2000 Reunion party so you can get a discount.
