Dale Groves

After highschool I worked summers at the Town of Walkerton as I made my way through college. I attended IUSB and graduated with a BS in elementary education. Shortly after graduation I married Melanie, whom I was with throughout my college experience. Melanie is a Purdue grad with a BS in mathematics. We were married in Auguest of 2001 and are still happily married today. We live in New Carlise and have two handsome boys. Gabriel is 6 and Harrison is 4. This whole time I have remained an employee of Buchanan Community Schools as a teacher at the 6th, 2nd, and 5th grade levels. I did eventually get my masters degree in elementary education too. I was elected to the New Priarie School Board two years ago and have had some wonderful and challenging experiences in that position. I hope everyone is doing great and I look forward to seeing many of you in a couple of years. Time does fly!
