SANDY (JENNINGS) WINKELMEIER (63) (JUNE 16, 1949- APRIL 11, 2013)
Sandy was born in Washington. She attended Southeast Missouri State University. In 1978, she married David Winkelmeier Sr. in St. Louis. They lived in the Washington/Union area. She was the mother of 2 sons and 3 daughters. She had 7 grandchildren with an 8th on the way. Sandy enjoyed crocheting hats, musicals at the Fox, and spending time with family. She lost her battle with ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease.
