Hello everyone! Welcome to the Waskom High Class Of 1989 web site.
Thanks to all who made the 20 year reunion a success!!
Keep spreading the word about this site, so we will have everyone's contact information when it is time to plan the next reunion. If you change e-mail addresses, be sure to update your profile information.
Here is the information on the 1st Annual Waskom HS Alumni Pasture Party October 24th at 5 PM:
Fee to be $20 per person to attend. This amount pays for grilled hamburger or hot dog, french fries, beans, potato salad, tea and lemonaide. Also will go toward porta potty rental, security, tables, trash cans, etc.
Please have payment to Karen Davison at 5314 Pensacola Drive, Garland, TX 75043 NO LATER THAN October 10. Checks can be made out to Karen Davison.
The party begins at 5 pm.
ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE SERVED, and NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 PERMITTED. You will be carded.
This is BYOB event.
NO GLASS PLEASE. The pasture is home to Lisa's horses.
Your name and the name of the person attending with you will need to be sent to Karen by September 18 in order to get in. There will be security at the gate with a list of the names. NO NAME ON THE LIST, NO ENTRY.If you know of someone that is wanting to attend, and not on FaceBook, please have them get in touch with Karen @ k_davison@verizon.net. You may be required to sign a liability release form also upon entry.
Be sure to bring your lawn chair and a pop up canopy if you have one, in case it rains.
The party is going to be in the pasture, so no electricity, so you may want to bring flashlights to see to walk around. We will have a sizable bonfire. :)
Parking will either be in the pasture, or just down the road at the Jonesville store/Post Office/Museum. We will have signs showing the way.
To pull the map up correctly, use 5376 FM134 in Jonesville thru Google Maps. The actual address is 2616 FM134, Jonesville.
