Andreco was the first person I met in school. We were in Ms. Lamm’s Kindergarten class at Knightdale Elementary, '81/'82. I’ll never forget that first day I walked into class. I never went to pre-school, so I had never been away from home. I was scared. Andreco was the only one there when I came in. He was nice to me that day, and every day after that. What I remember through the years—no matter how Andreco was feeling, and no matter how long it had been since we had seen each other, he always had a smile for me. He was first-class in my book.

Dreco and I had some really good times!!! From being out on the football field for the Knightdale Knights to the East Wake Warriors. I have always had a class with him, and he always made me laugh!! Dreco was my brother from another mother. I was devistated when I got the call about his passing!! That was one of my longest trips back from Charlotte!! I miss him, and he will forever be in my heart!! I love you Dreco!!!
