Cathy passed away May 25, 2022. She had suffered detriments of dementia but is now free to go and sing with the angels. Her body was cremated per her request and the family is planning a Celebration of Life later this year.
Cathy was always a bright light in our lives at school and activites, I always loved getting together with her at reunions, too. My best to Cathy's family and other friends.
What a shock to learn of Cathy's passing. We sang in the Madrigals and Mr. Reichel's Choir. Cathy was always such a sweet girl. She was fun to talk with and just plain be with in and out of class. I will miss her. Rest in peace and enjoy singing with the choirs of heaven.
Like the others who have left comments, I too am saddened by her passing. She was always a bright spot in anyone's day. May she enjoy peace and rest after a life of bringing warmth to others.
Cathy's leaving us sends one more message to us all - never miss a chance to tell those that you love just how much they mean to you. Eight letters. Three short words. Do not wait until tommorrow. This may be the last opportunity that you have. Never let that chance go to waste.
