I wish more people had responded about Noel. He was a really great person. I remember when Hyper-active was a description some teachers used to describe kids - now we hear about HDAD. I remember Noel so full of life!
He always had a positive attitude. Even if Noel was having a bad day, he would not take out on others or be a mean dick to people sometimes like I did. Noel was a real ladies man, a real lady-killer. Dude loved the ladies. He had swag. And he was more intelligent than he let on. He always treated people as equals. He was one of the few guys, like me & Mark Hadley, who wore a Texas Bolo instead of a tie sometimes, just to be different. If he was down, he could always put on a happy face for the public anyway. I'm sure he reincarnated soon after his death.
