Went through apprenticeship in refrigeration trade and worked for various HVAC companies. Earned BA in English @ UMass Lowell. Earned MFA in nonfiction writing @ Iowa. Started and ran Blair Service for a number of years. Returned to MA in 2010 and am currently teaching @ UMass Lowell and starting a business based in Kansas City.
