Susan D. Lower  
Susan D. Lower (nee Jacobs), of Clarksville, MD, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the age of 71. She is survived by her beloved husband, Philip E. Lower; children, Shelley L. Lower and Jeremy J. Lower; mother, Trudy Jacobs; brothers, David Jacobs and John Jacobs (Theresa Homan Jacobs); and grandchildren, Kira Jean Lower and Ripley Meyer Lower. She was predeceased by her cherished father, Meyer Jacobs.Services at Temple Isaiah, 12200 Scaggsville Road, Fulton, MD 20759, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 1 p.m. Interment Columbia Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Temple Isaiah, 12200 Scaggsville Road, Fulton, MD 20759. The family will be in mourning at the home of Philip Lower on Tuesday immediately following interment, then on Wednesday and Thursday. Shiva service times are to be determined.
