Although Bobby did die in a motorcycle accident in 1979, it was instantly. Our comfort is that he didn't suffer. Mary didn't mention that she and Bobby were married at the time of his death. He left behind a wife - Mary Clark Shaw (Baldree) and a son - Corey Randall Shaw born Feb 1978. Mary has remained a wonderful sister-in-love. Corey is married to Samantha and they have 2 children - Nevaeh & Corey II [Mary's grandchildren and my greatniece & greatnephew] They live in Georgia.
Bobby and I were close. It was wonderful having an older brother. We ran around together, dated each others friends [double dated], went to ballgames, ran the lake roads, collected firewood for our school bonfires, did bo-diddies at Bo-diddy Curve and many other memories. He loved fishing and won several tournaments on Lake Tyler. After graduation he worked at Cotton Belt Railroad as a brakeman and was there until his death.
