Mitchell "Mickey" Jackson FLINT - Services for Mitchell "Mickey" Jackson, 51, of Flint were held Nov. 24 at New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Hampton officiating. Burial was in New Hope Cemetery, Bullard, under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co., Tyler. Mr. Jackson died Nov. 19, 2007 at his residence. He was born Sept. 5, 1956 in Smith County and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Whitehouse High School and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Survivors include sons, Brad Hawkins, Flint, and Jermain Jackson, Whitehouse; daughter, Latoya Warren, Tyler; mother, Lois Dunning, Flint; brothers, Wiley Jackson Sr., Dallas, Milton Jackson and Darren Alford, both of Flint; sisters, Darlene Roy, Fort Worth, Pam Alford, Flint, and Yolanda Alford, Tyler; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Troy Kelly, Tory Stewart, Melvin Pettigrew, Jerry Spikes, Eric Williams and James Bowie. Honorary pallbearers were D'Andre Alford, Wiley Jackson Jr., Keith Jackson, Miccal Jackson, LaCurtis Mayes and Da'Mon Alford. !
