My memories were of Jan as just a little child. Knowing Bobby since before the 1st grade Jan was always under foot. Always trying to do the things her brother Bobby and I would do. Dirty face and hair everywhere.  It is had to believe so much time has past and she was a grown woman, with a family of her own.  I am saddned for her family and for never getting to see and know her as a wife and mother.  Knowing her, I am very sure she was good at both.  RIP little one. We will all miss Janet Owens Guthrie.
