I think about Mark often. We were inseparable for most of my three years at WHS. Mark was one of the first friends I made when I moved to Whitehouse. In fact, I think we were together everyday during the summer between our Sophomore and Junior year. Riding our motorcycles, shooting snakes with our pellet guns or just goofing off. I hated that we lost touch after high school.
Somehow we survived eating Brother Dave's french fries and gravy for lunch every day for six months straight while riding in Shack's black Mustang.
I miss you Mark. I miss your laugh.

I think about Mark and it makes me wonder how much money we put in the pinball machines at the corner cafe during 8th grade lunch breaks. Mark would play one flipper and I would play the other and when lunch period was over we would leave several credits on the machine. Those were the days not a worry in the world.
