Lauren Chapman Payne left this world on Sept. 15, 2015. She was born Jan. 2, 1960.
She was preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Duease Chapman and brother, Matt Chapman.
She is survived by brother, Martin Chapman, Tyler; sister, Linda Meadows, Whitehouse; and niece, Chelsea.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
