Jerry Ray Terry of Whitehouse, TX, passed away on April 15, 2024. 

Jerry was born in Tyler, Texas to Wendell and Sue Terry on December 10, 1957. He was raised in the area and graduated from Whitehouse High School. He was a truck driver by trade as well as a Legend Mechanic of tractors and heavy equipment. His hobbies and interest included tractors, guns, big trucks, hunting, and fishing. Jerry was an avid and dedicated member of the Bullard Masonic Lodge #785 for many years and will be greatly missed by his brothers and family.

Jerry is survived by his mother Sue Terry, son Jacob Terry and wife Amy Terry, little sister Shanon Hays and husband Robert Hays, grandchildren Logan Terry, Layne Terry and Wyatt Terry, step-grandchildren Addelyn and Brooklyn, niece Kaitlyn Hays, nephew Dylan Hays, and many more family members he loved and cherished dearly. 

He was predeceased by his father Wendell Terry, sons Joseph Terry and James Terry, and brother Ricky Terry.

A time of visitation for Jerry will begin at 10:00 AM on April 20th, 2024 in the Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel located at 1011 E. First Street in Tyler, Texas. A funeral will directly follow the visitation. Burial at Whitehouse Cemetery will follow funeral services.
