Comments:    I would love to attend the reunion but because of a previous commitment made in January (going to Hawaii), I will be unable to attend. Please send emails.

School Story:    I loved to eat at "The Corner." I can still see Miss Newkirk and Dorothy Shaw handing out those 20 cent hotdogs and 25 cent hamburgers. Cokes were 10 cents. The juke box would be playing great songs. Now when I hear some of the songs playing on the oldies station, it takes me back to "The Corner."

Also, I remember Miss Newkirk having a few tantrums. I was scared of her at first, but soon came to realize that she knew her stuff -- and we had an award-winning band because of it. Everytime I saw her after high school, she was so nice and friendly to me.

This wouldn't be complete without mentioning all of the laughter and fun I had with my good friends Gaye Higgins, Joann Cope, and Donna Thompson. Even though Joann lives in Colorado, we still talk on the phone and visit each other. It's always just like we've never been apart.
