I got to know Mike a lot better about 10-15 yrs ago when I used to wait on him at the bank. He definitely was a hard working, no nonsense guy. He expected good service and deserved it. He would let me know if something wasn't quite right or my tellers were too slow or not accommodating. I had a great respect for him and was so glad I got to know him and his sweet wife Carolyn long before he passed away.
