I can't even remember when I first met Cynthia, but seems like I had known her ever since we were little kids. She was a very sweet person and overcame her illness very well. I cannot remember if she passed away as a result of that or not. Does anyone know?
My sister-in-law died from long term complications from a tainted blood transfusion given to her at Parkland when she was receiving treatment for a brain aneurysm. The hepatitus settled in the liver and damaged it beyond repair. This combined with diabetis was a fatal blow.
Thank you Steve. I was thinking it was something to do with her that blood clot. I used to talk to her Mom at English a lot. Both the friendliest people. Know she would have loved this reunion. Hope you are doing well.

Cathy, I'm pretty sure it was cancer. I don't remember her illness that you mentioned. Was it while we were in school?
