Dana was bused to Cleveland Elementary in our 5th grade year. I believe her and David Gunter were the only black students at our school. I remember on her first day she said to me "Hi, I'm new here" .. I remember thinking "Yeah, no kidding". Although I know she had to have some uncomfortable feelings, she sure didn't show it. Dana was a joy to be around. I can't remember being around her when we weren't laughing. God Bless her and her family
