Charles died May,2008 from an apparent heart attack. Charles is survived by his son Charles, Jr. and daughter Tiara.Charlie spent several years in the military before returning to Wichita.
He was my cousin. We were born two months apart and most of my childhood memories are with Charlie.
Rest In Peace. I miss you.
