She touched so many in her brief time with us. Her loss saddened many. I  for one can say that my time at South would have been much different with her there !                  Jeff Buss  5/26/08

Kathy did not make it to South. She would have, if Leukemia would not have taken her from us. I wanted to honor her here because of the kind and gentle girl she was. I think about her to this very day, everyday. She was Always Smiling, Always Kind and Always Beautiful.
Sometimes clouds come without warning and we have to wonder why God would take someone from us who had so, so much to give! Only with time have I realized that some are taken so as Guardian Angels they may shelter others, and with this, we trust and carry on till we see them again.............
GOD BLESS You Kathy! I Miss You!! and Thank You :) Fear Not...Only Believe

I knew Kathy from about 4th or 5th grade, I guess. We used to hang out at Kelly Depew's house and play for hours. When I came back to the neighborhood after going to Collegiate 8-10th grades, I couldn't believe that she was gone. I loved her and missed having her at South with us. I think the hole she left was always there. Her death, Danny Disney's (drowned 5th grade?) and others before we even reached High School were such a shock.

I remember Kathy being sick while at Truesdell. I also remember her always having a smile on her face. I will never forget that first day of school after she passed. What an awakening for me. This was a sad, sad loss for so many of us.

Kathy and I were friends at Truesdell and she was the best person. She fought hard to make it, but God had other plans for her. I know she is busy doing HIS work in heaven.

Kathy and I went to a small grade school together. it was Bethany Lutheran school right by her home. We had a lot of fun together there. There were about 15 of us, Most of us ended up at South . I miss her very much, she could always make me smile and laugh. Kevin Oswald was also a friend of mine. He also went to Bethany. We were a small family of great kids. I miss and love them both. Lots of wonderful memories
