I had alot of fun with Eddie, especially during Jr. High at Truesdell.  We shared several classes during eighth grade so I helped lead Eddie around the school for most of the day.  For a blind guy, he had an uncanny ability to "see" things.  I remember one time outside after lunch, Eddie had stuffed all his baggies and things into the top of his milk carton.  While we were just standing around talking, he just launched the milk carton into a crowd of kids.  Of course he nailed a kid right in the face.  That kid came over and was ready to punch Eddie out.  I had to explain that he was blind and it was just an accident, so the kid finally walked off.  Then Eddie whispered to me that he knew exactly where that kid was because he could hear everything he was saying, so his aim was dead on.  It was hilarious!  Sorry to hear that Eddie passed away.
