Byron L. Smith, 62, “Jimmy the Cameraman” passed away in his home on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 while in the care of his family and Heartland Hospice. As a retired art teacher for USD 259 (Northwest and Heights High Schools), Byron had a love for life with a passion for music, art, politics, education, motorcycles, and most of all his family.
