James Leon Johnstone, 35, DeLand, died Friday. Born in Gaff, Kan., he moved to DeLand in 1979 from Kansas. He was a machinist for the Brunswick Corp., DeLand, and attended the Liberty Baptist Church, DeLand. (Orlando Sentinel, May 1, 1985)
