Carrie Turner, 74, of Wichita, KS, passed away on August 15, 2023 after a heart attack.

Carrie was born on July 15, 1949 to Dale W. Turner and Clara J. Turner in Wichita.  After Carrie graduated from Wichita West High School in 1967, she went on to study general business at Butler County Community College.

After graduating with a degree in General Business, she started her career at Beech Aircraft as an inspection specialist, kickstarting a 35-year career in aircraft quality assurance.

In December 1982, Carrie gave birth to a baby boy and named him Brian Ray. Sadly, Brian passed away 2 months later of SIDS.

In 2011, Carrie retired and then spent her time with her sisters and nieces and nephews.  She also held many positions at the local, state, and national level of Eastern Star.
