William ("Bill") Wilbur Willis, 65, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, passed away on March 3, 2015. Bill was born in Fowler, Kansas on May 9, 1949. He grew up in Wichita, KS where he graduated from Wichita High School West. He attended Wichita State University, The University of Kansas, and was a graduate of Memphis State University. Bill worked as a restaurant manager before transitioning to driving as a courier, making his hobby of cars and driving a career. He was also actively involved at Bellevue Baptist Church, where he worked with children for more than forty years.
