French, Luanne Joy (Lebsack, Scheuerman) 94, passed quietly July 2, 2023. She was born on March 20, 1929 to William P. and Marie (Hergert) Lebsack in Otis, KS. She was the Wichita West High librarian from 1966 to 1989.
