Michael Scott Stoxen, 19, died on March 4, 1991 at Memorial Hospital of Burlington.  The son of David and Mary (LiChard) Stoxen, he was born May 16, 1971, in Kenosha.  He was a lifelong resident of the area.  Mike worked as a a stockboy at the Wal-Mart in McHenry, Il at the time of his death.  Surviving are his father and stepmother, David and Nancy Stoxen, Silver Lake; his mother and stepfather, Mary and Mike Zmuda, Fox Lake, Il.; a brother, David, Trevor; a half sister, Marie Stoxen, California; a stepsister, Rhoda Wallin, Silver Lake; his paternal grandmother, Helen Stoxen, Wilmot; and his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Mae Gerstung, Spring Grove, IL.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Preston "Pete" Stoxen, in 1989.
