This site is great, you've done a great job. I come here often. I had no idea we lost so many of our classmates I rarely see anyone from Wilson, and the last one I talked to was Maureen O'Connor Evans. I wish there was a way to find out the obits of the other ones. I was surprised to hear Ross Wilcox had passed. He and I worked together while we were seniors, at Tops. So sad ....but keep up the good work Kathy.

The surveys are fun...it will be interesting as more classmates complete them!

Has anyone thought about touring the Wilson Historical Society museum?  I have not seen it and thought it would be interesting.

was that the museum in Buffalo?  Sure - always on board for a museum of any kind, but especially an art museum.

I recently toured the Albright-Knox with my granddaughter and great niece. There were some interesting pieces. Delaware Park right behind it has some beautiful places just to stroll through and a few places to sit and eat a picnic lunch. Directly across the street from the Albright-Knox is the Burchfield-Penney Art Center, for which I've been developing an urge to visit.

Karen - do you want to be tour guide?  It would be fun!

Some classmates are indicating great ideas for tours.  In the planning stages we thought it best for people who have similar interests connect to arrange the activiites preferred.  I think the suggestions are GREAT ones.  So, if you hae an interest, post it here and connect with other classmates to go where your heart pulls you that weekend...just make sure you are available for the reunion activities :)!!!

Some classmates may want to check out A Garden Gate.  It's a flower/gift shop across from theWilson  firehall owned by Shelley (Mawhiney) Andrews (1969) and she has absolutely beautiful things in her shop.  She also has a shop down by the Wilson Boathouse, where there are additional shops.

Cadie, hi! I can't believe it's been that long since I was on here. April, wow.

I have a picnic/potluck to go to at 4 on Sat the 20th, with the Greater Buffalo Area Summer Sangha Gathering and I wanted to come on here and find out what was supposed to be going on when at the reunion.

I'd love to play tour guide, but you know how it is when you live some place for a long time, you forget what the interesting things to do are. I spend most of my free time in my garden and yard but it's not big enough for a tour stop, ha ha. I've been looking at places to hike (or walk in interesting spots) and I found a list of 4 waterfalls within 33 miles of downtown Buffalo. That sounds interesting to me, but I don't know about other people.

I know there's been a lot of planning going on but I haven't been paying much attention so I guess I'll look around here and see what I can find out.

I just saw in the Union Sun, I think it was, that Don J. Baron, out english teacher had died last week. He was living out of state somewhere.
