Planning a reunion can be a challenging and daunting task, however armed with our knowledge and experience, we guarantee to make your job a lot easier.  Hiring a reunion company almost always doubles the cost of your classmates' reunion tickets.  As a member of your reunion committee* we can guarantee cost reduction in classmates' reunion tickets and an easier exchange of ideas.  We address all of the elements that are critical to having a successful reunion from start to finish. Here are some of the things that Blue Moon Reunions can do for you:

1.Online registration on your own reunion website. 

We set up your own high school reunion website that not only allows classmates to register with secure payment processing, but also allows committee members to access all reports on finances, registrations, classmate information, and so much more.

2.Classmate search.

Trying to find all of your graduating class will be a time-consuming effort that we can step in and do for you.  We have the experience that makes it possible for us to locate many of those long lost classmates so they can be invited to the reunion.

3.Up-to-date information.

With your own online registration and payment reports, you have access to the latest information on your reunion attendees right up to the last minute. With a laptop and a printer you could even print out registration information at the event itself!

4.Negotiate for hotel, event, and restaurant costs.

Getting the best price and arrangements for your reunion activities can be daunting.  We have the experience and time to look for the arrangements that suit your reunion needs at a cost that is also within your budget.

5.Details.

They say the Devil is in the details and that's especially true for a large event like a reunion. There will be many things that the committee might not think of that we will take care of automatically to make everything run as smoothly as possible.  We take care of name badges, transportation details, and many other things that could be easily over-looked.

6.Photos and video montage.

Using photos from year books and others supplied by your classmates, we assemble a memorable video montage that can be shown during the main event with copies available for those unable to make the reunion.  If you want, we can also make a smaller version of the video to run on the website.  We also download yearbook pictures to put on the name badges to make it easier to recognize friends we haven't seen in a long time.

7.Advice.

Probably one of the biggest advantages of having BlueMoonReunions on your committee is getting the benefit of our experience and detail-oriented thoughtfulness.  We know what works and what doesn't.  We can help with questions about the number and types of activities to plan, how many days the reunion should be, how to arrange for deejays or other types of music, how much should be spent on decorations, how to arrange for special transportation needs (like shuttles), what kind of food and how much, and a lot more.
