This year has come in with a rush and the summer will be here before you know it.  I want to remind you of some important deadlines regarding the cruise.

1. Full Deposits are due to the travel agent by March 18th.

    If you have not as yet paid the full deposit for your cabin, $200 per person, it is due no later than March 18th so that the travel agent can forward it to the cruise line.  If you do not have this deposit paid by the deadline your cabin will be released.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact Gracie, the travel agent (see below for her info) directly and she will help with any details.  If you have any questions for me you can call at any time.  My cell number is 979-219-1263.

2. Final Payments are due to the cruise line no late the 60 days before the sailing.  To give Gracie time to process our group and correct any problems that may come up I am asking that you have the full price of your cruise paid to the travel agency no later than May 15th.  Please be sure that you have correct information on your cabin bookings - the cruise lines are going to require exact legal names that correspond with your personal documents.  So, take some time to make sure everything is correct with the travel agent so you don't have a last minute surprise.
