Darvez was an outstanding track athlete. He broke several records in Triple Jump. My fond memories of Darvez was hanging out at MLK rec. playing basketball and swimming. Darvez died at the age of 29. Darvez was like a brother to me and I think about him often. Rest Well Bro.
As mentioned before, Darvez was a fantastic track athelete. I shared many years with him as his team mate. He excelled in many events in track and when we needed an entry in a particular event, Darvez was there giving his all. I will always remember his smile and dedication for the sport more than the win.
