Comments:
After Graduation I waited until the fall of 1981 to inlist in the Navy. while in I traveled or was stationed at Great Lakes Ill., Bremerton Wa. British Columbia, Canada, San Diego, Ca, Honalulu, HI, Nicaragua, Panama. I left The navy to return home to the family plumbing & heating business. Went through the NH apprentice programs for plumbing and electrician. Upon completion I was fortunate enough to recieve both master plumbing and electrical licenses.
I met my wife Barbara in late 1987 and married in 1990. We bought the Thurston family home on Anagance lane not far from Kingswood and reside there to this day.
In 1993 due to the last recession and lack of work in the wolfeboro area I got my tractor-trailor License and drove for about a year and a half until I could get back into my trade. I started my own plumbing business in late 1994 and Thursty Water Systems in 2002.
My wife and I have traveled quite a bit over the years be it to Florida for my daughters pagents or our sons hockey games or just for fun to the Carribean or Mexico for diving trips.
I bought my first motorcycle just out of high school and still have the passion to this day, we try to get out as often as the kids and the businesses allow.
The Thurston family home has under gone many changes over the years with remodels and upgrades. We love to entertain family and friends new and old and spend time with the kids.
