Obituary

Keith & Keith Funeral Home corrected YAKIMA - Keith Mark Larrabee, age 42, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, November 7, 2004 at home.

He was born in Brookline, MA to Carmen and Richard Larrabee, on February 5, 1962. Keith grew up in Meredith, New Hampshire and moved to Salt Lake City to attend college. There he rediscovered his passion for skiing which he did until moving to California to work for Footlocker. Keith found his home in Yakima when he opened the Foot Action in the Yakima Mall, and that is where Angie found Keith. Soon after, Keith became the owner/operator of Cascade Cab Company. He loved this job and all the great people he met along the way.

Keith always felt at peace outdoors especially with his Jeeping friends, "The Outlaws" as well as those times camping and fishing with Uncle Bob at Lake Roosevelt. Keith loved his daughter more than life itself. He was a devoted husband and father, and would do anything for them. He will be truly missed by many family and friends and was always thankful for them and he tried to be there when they needed him.

Keith cared deeply for his mom, dad and sister Wendy. One of his regrets was living so far away from them. Even through all the struggles in life, he never regretted living life to the fullest.

Keith is survived by his wife, Angela Larrabee of Yakima and their angel of a daughter, Jade; his parents, Richard and Carmen Larrabee of Winter Haven, FL; his sister, Wendy Larrabee-Ginsberg and husband, Tviska of New York; and half-brothers, Richard M. Larrabee of Westport, CT, Bruce Larrabee of Stony Brook, NY, Scott Larrabee of Dumfries, VA, and Curt Larrabee of Traverse City, MI; and half-sister, Kim Larrabee of Storrs, CT.

He is also survived by his second family, Rick and Diana Anderson, Ruth Hatzenbeler, Bob Hatzenbeler, Maria, Ellie and Trey Tipton, and Rick and Jennifer Anderson and family. He could not have thanked all his family enough for the love, support and guidance throughout the years. He will truly be missed by many, especially his wife and their daughter who was the best thing that ever happened to them. She is going to miss her Daddy.

Keith, I will always love you and never regret our time together. You are my first love, the sun, moon and stars forever.

Viewing and Visitation will be held from Noon until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, at the Keith and Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. A Vigil Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2004 at the Keith and Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Rest in peace, Keith. You've earned it and I'll miss you. We sat next to each other in Mr. Quimby's English class. I'll miss you.
