Barbara was born on November 19, 1954 and passed away on Monday, August 1, 2016. Barbara was a resident of Fredericksburg, Virginia at the time of her passing. She was married to Robert â. A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday August 5 at Covenant Funeral Service Fredericksburg. Inurnment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Rappahannock 3219 Fall Hill Ave. Fredericksburg VA 22401 or to a charity of oneâs choice.
