2.                  After 9:00 pm, quiet time is in effect and noise must be kept to a minimum.

 

3.                  No Diving.

 

4.                  Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

 

5.                  Children under 14 are not permitted in the pool area without an adult (18 or over).

 

6.                  Use of the Woodland Place pool is for Woodland Place residents and their guests only.   Residents must accompany guests at all times.

 

7.                  Glass of any kind is prohibited in the pool area.

 

8.                  Pets, skateboards, rollerblades and bicycles are prohibited in the pool area.

 

9.                  The wading pool is reserved for children 6 years of age and under. They must be supervised at all times. 

 

10.              At all times babies must wear either rubber or plastic pants over their diapers or swim diapers.

 

11.              Appropriate bathing attire must be worn at all times. Cut-off shorts are not permitted.

 

12.              No running, roughhousing, pushing or unnecessary screaming in the pool area.

 

13.              The entry card is for Woodland Place residents only. Please do not share it.

 

14.              Acts of vandalism of any kind will be handled by the Shawnee Police Department.

 

15.         Smoking is prohibited on premises.

 

16.              The pool area may be reserved for special events by calling a board member. Advance reservations are for a two-hour period and the pool will not be closed to other residents. You will then be notified within 48 hours if there are any conflicts. A cleaning charge of $200.00 will be assessed on the resident host. Check should be made out to WPHA, if post party clean up does not occur your check will be non-refundable and deposited.  If all areas are clean we will void the check. Adult resident party host must be present at all times.

 

Remember this is your pool. It should be a pleasant place for relaxation and entertainment. It is the responsibility of all Woodland Place residents to make sure the rules are followed. Do not hesitate to ask people to stop behavior that violates the rules.
