You can come to the Main Event only, or just to the Friday Reception,
or just to the Sunday breakfast -- and we say:  Come to all of it !

We are aware that the strange economic times have adversely affected some of us.  If you -- or a classmate you are aware of -- is choosing to not attend the Reunion for financial reasons, please contact Fred.  We want everyone to be welcome at the reunion, and we've set up a Helping Hand Fund for assistance.  It is private and confidential.

 

If you'd like to help sponsor our 40th Reunion, donations can be made as a general contribution.  As organizers, we're doing our best to make sure we'll all have a superb Reunion, and any amount you wish to donate will be helpful to that goal.  You can be recognized for your contribution, or donations can be made on an anonymous basis; let us know your preference.  A contribution of any amount from small to large can be added to your ticket purchase or sent in separately.  Contact us if you have questions.

Leftover funds will be presented to CHS for a scholarship in the name of "Class of 1970 - 40th Reunion" for one or more 2011 Cheltenham High graduates.

 

Payments for all Reunion activities may be made by Check or Credit Card.
We prefer receiving your payment by check, as we incur a fee of around 3% for credit card payments.

 

Bringing a Spouse / Partner / Friend ?  Please go to your Profile on our website and enter his or her name, so we can make an accurate nametag. 

 

Check Payments

For payments by check, please download and print out either the Adobe PDF form or the MS Word form, then fill it out and include it with your payment.   Or, click on the PAYMENT FORM button on our website -- on the left there.

    With the PDF form, you will print it out and fill it in with pen.
    You can do the same with the Word document, or you can type your info
    on the form and then print it out and mail it to Jo-Anne.

If you wish to make a donation, please add your donation to the total when making out your check.

 

Credit Card Payments

Our Treasurer, Jo-Anne, prefers receiving payments by check.  If you want to pay via Credit Card, we've set it up so you can.  Secure credit card processing for your payment or donation is handled by PayPal.  We do not "see" or have any record of your credit card number. You do not have to be signed up with PayPal to pay this way -- Your credit card is accepted for that one-time transaction, and the information is not retained.

To purchase tickets using your credit card, please use the buttons below.  Select the event and click on the "Add to Cart" button.  You will then be sent to the PayPal Shopping Cart website

To purchase Tickets for more than one Reunion Event, click on the "Continue Shopping" button (you'll see it there) and you'll come back to this page...or just click on this browser tab, either way.  To purchase tickets for more than one person, you can enter the quantities you want for each event when you get to your Shopping Cart on the PayPal website -- or, just press the button twice.  You can edit or delete a line of your purchase when you view your Shopping Cart.  When you've complete entering the correct quantities for the events you want, press "Update Cart" and then the "Proceed to Checkout" yellow button on the PayPal Shopping Cart page.

To enter your credit card information look for "Don't have a PayPal account?  Use your credit card or bank account" at the lower left, and click on the word "Continue" that's there.  You'll have the chance to review your purchase.  To complete your order, you will press the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the "Review your payment" page.  If you suspect that something isn't right, just exit the browser window -- you won't be charged and you won't hurt anything.


We pay a fee of approx. 3% for credit card payments, so payment by check is preferred.
If you are purchasing Reunion Tickets and making a donation, please enter it all as a single transaction.  Thank you.
