Survey and Sign-Up for our 45th Reunion

You can enter your info on the survey without signing up for the Reunion.

To sign up for our 45th Reunion:

  2. Enter your info on your Profile page, here.  Yes, some of the info is duplicated, but enter it there too please.

    When the infomation comes to me, I'll put the little Reunion icon next to your name on the Classmate list, so other classmates can see that you are attending.
     
  3. Click on one of these links to download the Payment form.
    You can get the form as a PDF and fill it out by hand, or
    you can get the form as an Excel spreadsheet, and fill it out on the computer.

    Then, mail or e-mail it in with your payment -- Instructions are on the form.

1)   Will you be coming to our 45th Reunion on October 9th-10th-11th ?

  Yes ! I am excited -- This is wonderful.
  I'd say Quite Likely -- maybe 80% ?
  I still need some encouragement from a friend.
  I'll be there if "X" is coming too.
  Not much chance... but Never say "never"....
  No, not this time, thank you. Perhaps in 2020.
 
2)   * How many people will be attending ? That is: Zero (you're not coming); Yourself only; You +Spouse/SignificantOther/BFF-non CHS-er; etc. (Do not include other classmate friends -- Please encourage them to complete this survey themselves.)

3)   Assuming a reunion on Saturday from, say, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. or so, which other events would you be likely to attend ? You can choose none, one, or more than one. For those traveling, travel plans haven't been made... this is just what you'd like to see. We know you can't say now just when you'll be arriving/leaving.

  Friday ** Happy-Hour half-priced Tapas and beer and wine. 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
  Friday ** Dinner, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  Saturday Lunch...maybe a long, late lunch
  Saturday daytime events - to be determined
  Saturday Pre-reunion - 5:30 -7:00 p.m.
  Saturday ** REUNION 7:00 - 11:00 (or later) - Of course !
  Sunday **Breakfast / Brunch 9:00 - noon
 
4)   Do you think you will be wanting a hotel room ?

  No, I will not be staying at a hotel.
  Yes : Saturday night.
  Yes : Friday night and Saturday night.
  Yes: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights

The room rate is $159 (with tax = $184). This is not a commitment on your part. If we have an idea of how many people will be wanting rooms, it allows us to get a block of rooms.
 
5)   Who specifically would you enjoy seeing at this reunion ? Who did you enjoy being with at our 2010 Reunion ? Would you like to give those people a call and see if they want to join us for the fun ?

7)   With the Reunion being held downtown, what is your likely way of getting there ?

  I'd be staying at a hotel.
  Walking ! I live in town.
  Public transportation.
  By car - I live within an hour or staying with friends/family.
  By car -- I live further, but I'm not staying at the hotel, and I'll be driving home that night.
  Not applicable to me.

We understand driving and parking are issues to be considered with a downtown venue. There is evening parking for $10 within four blocks or so, and friends can travel together. Or you can park at a suburban train station, and a bunch of classmates can come in on the train - fun !
 
8)   Everyone says "The food is not important -- we're here to see our friends!" Yes, that's true... but our venue has a minimum that they want to see us spend. If you have thoughts on this, you can chime in here. We may have one or one-and-a-half drink coupons included in the ticket. Your comments:
