FCSL Investment Recovery Group

• WHO IS INVITED to PARTICIPATE? This website is maintained and hosted by a fellow investor. He maintains it in his spare time for the benefit of the entire group and provides it for FREE. (Donations for maintaining this site are always welcome). Please note that you must be invited to join by a fellow investor. Only those that can be verified as investors on the master investor list and who are friends or acquaintances of another known investor will be invited. Nobody will have immediate access to the site. There is a verification process for each person joining. You need to send your basic information by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page.

• The attorney/investor who is doing the research, negotiations and who will handle the legal aspects as we go forward is Jason Ravsborg. He is also the individual verifying information to validate everyone as actual investors.
  

• The information you must provide (through the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page) is: 1) Your full name 2) Your full address 3) Your phone number 4) Your main email address 5) The date of your first deposit to FCSL 6) The total amount of all principle deposits and dates 7) The current balance showing owed to you on your FCSL statement 8) Who invited you to join FCSL 9) Who you invited to join that invested with FCSL. When that is done and you are verified you will be emailed instructions to log in to your contact/profile pages.
  

• HOW TO JOIN: Once you have been verified as an investor (without conflicts of interest) and receive your log in instructions from the Administrator, you can proceed to log in. If you need help, send a request through the "Contact Us" page.

• NEXT: Add all of your contact information, add a new personal password and create your individual profile. This is the same information you provided to be verified but in more detail. It is a requirement to complete all of this information or you will not be able to participate on this website.  You will need to finish this on your first visit. It should only take you about 10-15 minutes if you have your FCSL statement in front of you.

• CONTACT and PROFILE PAGE VERIFICATION: Once you have completed these pages you will still not have full access to the other password protected areas of this website. Your pages will be reviewed and when they are satisfactorily completed you will be given access by the administrator. This may take up to 24 hours.
  

• IMPORTANT: You need to "safelist" email from postmaster@classcreator.net. If you don't you may miss important email from our website that will go to your junk email. You might want to adjust your settings to "always display images" from postmaster@classcreator.net. (This is the web server our email originates from).

•  Our intent is to:
   
  1) Stay an organized group
  2) Provide our detailed information
  3) Document our investment scenarios
  4) Communicate privately with our group
  5) Pull all investors together into one effort
  6) Compile useful information investors may have
  7) Attempt repayment negotiations, apply legal pressure, take legal action if all else fails
  
  We can not accomplish this with anonymity! We need to be visible to each other if we want success! As the saying goes, "There is strength in numbers!"

• This is a modified high school social network site.  If you know someone interested in this type of website for high school reunion use please CLICK HERE to see what it is all about and forward the information to them.

• Password Protect your personal profile to block the general public and search engines from accessing your profile detail. You must do this for privacy. The general set-up of the site has been based on high security. You have radio buttons in your profile area (at the bottom of the page) that will accomplish this for your page.
  

• PRIVACY: All contact information that you enter into this website will be kept confidential.  It will not be shared or distributed outside of this website.  Your information is private, your address and home phone number can’t be seen by the other investors unless you grant permission on your profile.  When someone clicks on your name they will only see your photo that you upload or provided to the administrator, your city, province/state and whatever personal information you choose to put into your profile. But you must provide all of your detailed contact information and fill out the profile questions to participate. AS OF 2/13/09 there are TWO OPTIONS.  1) Allow access to your Contact and Profile pages or 2) Complete INVISIBILITY of your pages to all investors. You may request to be INVISIBLE before you register or after you register. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS: YOUR PERSONAL & FINANCIAL POSITION AND DETAILS IN THIS MATTER MAY BE VIEWED BY OTHER INVESTORS ON THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE TO BE INVISIBLE. To become invisible complete your pages and ask the Administrator to hide your pages, you can view the rest of the site but if you want total privacy you can not participate in the Message Forum. If you do, other members can click on your name and will be able to view your page.
  
  ** If you send a message to someone through their profile they will receive a notice in their email that you sent a message and they will need to log in to see your message in their message area. They will see your email address so that they can respond. Messages are not saved within the site. You can also post comments in the Message Forum or Post a message at the bottom of any investors personal page if they have turned on that function.
  

• Question: Is my contact information secure on our website?
  
  Answer: This information is not visible to anyone except yourself unless YOU choose to make it available, which can be done from your Edit Profile link. You should check mark the box on your Edit Profile page that says: Profile Visibility. Your email address cannot be made viewable through your Edit Profile page, but others may send you an message through the contact box at the bottom of your page.
  

• If you click "Remember Me" when you log in, you will not need to log in next time you go to the site. Note there is a password retrieval feature to click on: "Forgot Password?" in case you need to log in sometime and can't remember your password; the password will be sent to your email inbox. You can login from computers other than your home computer but you will need to enter your password.

• YOU MAY OPT-OUT of the bulk emails from the website administrator BUT PLEASE DO NOT! You may miss important information. You can opt-out at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe notice at the bottom of any email you receive. Do not ask the administrator to unsubscribe you (he can not). Unsubscribing is an individual choice and function. If you visited a investor's page and requested updates any time that investor posts new updates to their page, you have to unsubscribe from those individual emails if you wish for them to stop. Go to "Profile Subscriptions" to do this.
  

• Always check back at the Home Page.  That is where the announcements are made! Sometimes they will direct you to a private forum or another page for further details. PLEASE participate if you see a SURVEY or POLL on the Home Page.  Once in awhile "SURVEYS" may appear on the left side of your page in the "Page Links" section and new "POLLS" may appear on the right side of the Home Page.
