ANNOUNCEMENTS

Exciting news from Chris von Volborth! I am about to release a new CD featuring myself on saxophones and three of Cincinnati's foremost jazz pianists. They are Ted Desplantes, a wonderful stride player, Steve Schmidt of Blue Wisp Big Band fame, and our very own fantabulous Wayne Yeager. The music is highly listenable, toe tappingable, and swinging. I will keep all informed of more specifics in the future. There is wonderful jazz happening in Cincinnati. It is truly a great American music that needs and deserves more recognition and support from our country. I am excited by this project and hope that you will be also.

Sursum ad summum and "It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!"
