Helen died suddenly in July of 1997 of an apparent heart attack.  She and her husband, Charles, were in the process of moving to their new retirement home in Lake Havasu City when she passed away.       

Helen received her BA and MBA from Cal State Fullerton. She had retired from General Dynamics and  Northrup where she had been a computer analyst until 1995. She loved cooking and entertaining, gardening and her dogs. She was an accomplished seamstress and relaxed doing needlepoint and reading.  Courtesy of Helen's sister, Virginia Blake Heins
