HILLSBORO, N.M.   --  Dennis M. Comstock, 50 of Hillsboro, N.M. died June 25 at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Albuquerque, N.M.

He was born in South Gate, CA and had lived in Claremont many years. He graduated from Claremont High School in 1962.

Retired, he had been an aero-space engineer in Southern California.

He was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.  He was a member or the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3317 in Williamsburg, NM and a 25 year member of the Sports Car Club of America.

Mr. Comstock is survived by his wife, Grace Wendy Kindren of Hillsboro, and a brother, Frank H. Comstock of Oceanside, CA.

A private service for family was held June 30 in Hillsboro.  A memorial in his honor was placed at Riverside National Cemetery.
