I dropped out of William Knibb during the middle of 3rd form and I was placed in a boys home at a place called Copse in Hanover and was sent to Alpha Boys' School 5 months later in September of '89. I left Alpha in February of 1993 to start life on my own. Started out as a book binder, a trade I learnt at Alpha but decided to go back to school to get some subjects. I did GCE o'level Mathematics in 1993, English Language 1994, Principles of Accounts 1995, History & H&S Biology 1996, POB & OP in 1997. In 1998 I did two A'level subjects - Accounts and MOB before joining UWI in 1999. I finished my Masters of Science in Accounting in 2007 but was officially graduated November 2008.

I worked as a Bookbinder at The Art Printery up to March 1993, went to work as a casual worker at the Gleaner Co. and left in 1997, did a bit of tutoring in my specialty, Accounting, before started working at COK Credit Union in June of '98. After spending 4 years at COK I worked at an internet company called Infochannel Limited for 2 years until I was laid off. Luckily I got a job a month later as chief Accountant in 2004 at Xsomo International Ltd formally Moore Business Forms. I resigned in June 2007 to take up a Job in Government at the Jamaica Racing Commission as their Finance Manager. It's a job I like for its exposure and responsibilities even though the compensation is not exactly equivalent to private sector workers.

I got married on May 23, 2009 and I take care of two children one is my 4 year old son and the other is my girlfriend's 11 year old sister. I was baptised a catholic in 1990 (although I have a bad church attendance). We both our house in Edgewater, St Catherine in November 2009 which now the home of my family of four. I play a bit of music (DJ Royy) with my little sound Alvasonic Disco and I also have a music show on Newstalk 93FM on Saturdays at 10am which people are loving. I am still a big sports fan especially Track and Field and Football. I go to as many meets and games as I can at the National Stadium. Of Course I am a big fan of Usain, Veronica and also Michael Green. I have also met some of my classmates in Kingston since I have been in town and also my Geography teacher from 2nd Form, Mr Seaton, and also Mr Mac, my one time PE teacher at UWI. I am a part of Kiwanis International with the chartered club of Eastern Kingston & Port Royal. I do quite a bit of volunteer work in the communities in and around East Kgn and Port Royal.

I love to write so I write a bit of poetry and I also used to be in charge of the sports club of my former workplace Moore Business Forms where I used to plan events such a sports day, fun day, inter department and inter house competition. For those who remembered me at William Knibb I was called little Santos because of the resemblance I share with the footballer at Knibb named Santos. I am far from being that little skinny kid who use to give a lot of trouble, well maybe I still give a little trouble all in good fun..I am much bigger though over 6 feet and 200+ lbs. I can say that I am still growing in terms of being a person I like the type of work I do and looking forward as usual to greater things. Hope to meet more of my class and schoolmates and see what they have been up to and do some catching up.

School Story:

Where do I begin?
I think the most memorable moment for me is the demonstration in Water Square when we did not have any roof at the school some time after Gilbert.

Another moment is when Knibb hosted Western Champs I think it was '88 and I was reponsible for updating the score board of course STETHS won convincingly.

Most embarrassing moment for me in class was when I was causing disturbance in the young very goodlooking spanish teacher's class when I took what was my first ever picture to class. The passing around of the picture was what caused the disturbance and it eventually reached her hand to which she asked "you have the heart sending around the picture?" I was so humiliated.

I was in love with a girl name Petrona and one Raquel James who lived near Duke and Princess Street Corner.

I got caining once from Mrs Lee and it was long in coming and Mrs Lee did not cain you for purpose you really had to get on top of her nerves.

For some reason as small as I was I never remember getting any ''grubbing". In fact I had the backative of most of the D cup players like Santos and Blacks (who I saw at UWI).

Miss Robinson my Biology teacher has got to be my most favourite teacher and person overall at Knibb. She used to look out for me ensure I have lunch, sometime giving me bus fare and all and the funny thing I never did good in the sciences. But she was just the sweetest person to me at Knibb, many many times I went t school without lunch (and sometimes some really unflattering lunches) she would tell me to go to the auditorium and tell them that she sent me.

Of course I was the class clown at times with friends like Al Wilson aka Ali Baba, Craig Brown, Donwell(bright like morning star) Paula Green, Andrea Brady, Trevor Reid from top Trelawny to name a few.

I also got in a lot of trouble for buying Zion bread and butter... warm Zion bread with the melted butter.

I was a member of Sharpe house very involved in sports, not physically really but theoritiaclly and always willing to assist both the track coaches, D Cup coach and even the Netball coach.
