James Cole Mastin, 70, of Spotsylvania County passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Mastin was the manager of A&N Stores for more than 40 years. At the time of his death, he was working as the manager at Becky's Hallmark. He was an avid Redskins fan and loved watching old western movies starring Roy Rogers and Gene Autry.

Survivors include his wife, Diane M. Mastin; son Timothy W. Mastin, daughter Angela L. Mastin and brothers Michael Mastin and Joseph Mastin, all of Fredericksburg; sister Linda Delgado of Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, James "Pinky" and Annie Mastin.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A service will be held at noon Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Richland Baptist Church cemetery.
