After teaching for over 30 years, I retired at Marion Lake. My ex and friend Charlie lives across the lake. It's great for our family get togethers-holidays-Sunday brunch-birthdays-leftovers, etc. I keep busy. I volunteer in the kitchen at the Marion Senior Center two days a week. I also volunteer for Harry Hynes Hospice. I currently have three patients that I visit. I have a booth in a local antique mall and work there a couple of times a week. Reading continues to be a passion as well as online bridge. My dogs, Schatzi and Dixie, make me laugh daily. My views of the lake are perfect regardless of the weather. My life is good!
