I am a full-time mom, taxi driver, event coordinator, teacher, maid, laundress and wife, and, oh yea, I volunteer at school, and am the treasurer of the PTU. Whew!! On a serious note, after graduation, I attended Lakeland and received my associates in office admin. I worked for State Chemical as a purchasing assistant and then left there to work for my boss when he went to Blue Coral. I met my husband there and we were married in June 1999. When our daughter, Meghan was born we made the decision that I would stay at home and raise her. When she was six months old we found out we were pregnant with twins. At 20 weeks we found out there was 1 in 100,000 defect and the girls were in the same sack. We attempted to carry them to term but lost them when I was 29 weeks. Mackenzie and Michaela live on in our hearts. After years of trying and deciding that our family was as big as it was going to get, we were blessed with Makenna. Now I am busy running the girls to all of their extra-curriculars, running my home (not very well, I might add)and loving my life. |

I look back on my time at Mentor with great happiness and nostalgia. I just wish I had kept in touch with more people. Looking forward to reconnecting with people at the reunion. Hard to believe it has been 20 years. One big regret . . . my senior picture! What was I thinking!! |
